Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard (courier): 3–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

Free standard shipping on orders over R700. A flat rate of R120 applies to orders below this threshold.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via our courier's tracking portal.

Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time-frame, please contact us at info@hivechamber.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
